TANGO LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that social dancing includes the possibility of sustaining injuries. I acknowledge that Miriam Lea Dance offers the dancing experiences and cultural experiences to promote well-being and happiness for all involved. Miriam Lea Dance cannot provide protection from the risks of dancing. Miriam Lea Dance does offer advice on how to avoid injuries. Miriam Lea Dance will try to follow their advice as best as I can.

With that in mind, I agree to assume the risks of the dancing and agree for me and my heirs not to sue Miriam Lea Dance, or those that assist them for any injuries or damage I encounter when a part of their trips or events.

I will maintain adequate health care coverage to minimize the inconveniences if I am injured.

USE OF RECORDED IMAGES

The dancing and experiences from Miriam Lea Dance are better remembered when portions are recorded. Miriam Lea Dance would like to record various dance events and group activities to share with the others who take their work. I agree for Miriam Lea Dance, and their authorized associates the right to video record and take photographs to use for sharing with the others and to post on their websites to show what the experience is like. I agree not share video recordings or photographs of the others on the trip without requesting written permission from Miriam Lea Dance.
